Description

Responsibilities
​Partner with the HR team to assess the impact of the legal entity / business unit / location / department restructure on the existing Core HR foundation.
Participate in and help drive the detailed design phase for HR, working from the finance team's completed global design.
Get hands-on in the system to trace and validate impacts (e.g., “if this legal entity changes, here is what breaks or shifts downstream”).
Act as a subject-matter expert during the early design/decision-making period, working closely with an offshore team who will handle day-to-day configuration

Requirements
Multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Core HR implementations,
Strong grasp of Oracle HCM foundation objects: business units, departments, jobs, positions, and enterprise/work structures.
Comfortable working hands-on in the system directly rather than purely advising
