Description

You will assess the impact of organizational restructures on the Oracle Core HR foundation and drive detailed design phases alongside the finance team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the HR team to evaluate the impact of legal entity, business unit, location, and department changes on existing Core HR structures.
• Drive detailed design activities using the finance team's global design as the baseline for HR configurations.
• Trace and validate downstream impacts directly in the system to identify breaking changes or shifts.
• Act as a subject-matter expert during early design and decision-making periods.
• Collaborate closely with an offshore team handling day-to-day configuration.

Required Skills

• Multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Core HR implementations.
• Strong grasp of Oracle HCM foundation objects: business units, departments, jobs, positions, and enterprise/work structures.
• Hands-on experience configuring and testing in the Oracle HCM system.
• Ability to trace data dependencies and validate structural impacts.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
