Description

Act as a functional analyst responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) modules. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and coordinate with technical teams to deliver functionality.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Oracle HCM and ORC modules, including onboarding journeys and requisition approval workflows.
• Design, test, and document complex business processes and system changes.
• Analyze data structures and table relationships to build, maintain, and troubleshoot queries, reports, and integrations.
• Execute software update testing and participate in periodic Oracle change control meetings.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting, including writing and running reports to analyze data.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM.
• 1-3 years of experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
• Experience configuring and implementing large organizational systems.
• Proficiency in workflow analysis and software testing.
• Ability to manage requisition approvals, offer processes, and onboarding journeys.
• Knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) and Oracle Database structures.
• Experience writing and running reports to query and analyze data.

Preferred Skills

• Agile delivery experience.
