Description

Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) modules to align with business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Oracle HCM and ORC modules, including onboarding journeys and requisition approval workflows.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and coordinate with technical teams to deliver functionality.
• Design, test, and document complex business processes and system changes.
• Analyze data structures and table relationships to build, maintain, and troubleshoot queries, reports, and integrations.
• Execute software update testing and participate in periodic Oracle change control meetings.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM.
• 1-3 years of experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
• Experience configuring and implementing large organizational systems.
• Proficiency in workflow analysis and software testing.
• Ability to manage requisition approvals, offer processes, and onboarding journeys.
• Knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) and Oracle Database structures.
• Experience writing and running reports to query and analyze data.

Preferred Skills

• Agile delivery experience.
