Description

You will design and extract data from Oracle Cloud HCM to support reporting and integration pipelines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and extract data from Oracle Cloud HCM using HCM Data Extracts and User Entities.
• Model data structures optimized for downstream consumption, including reporting and API platforms.
• Test data end-to-end from application extraction and ingestion to the final datastore or data warehouse.
• Analyze how Core HR business processes impact extracted data.
• Validate data transformations for reporting purposes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM data.
• Deep understanding of Core HR data, including Persons and Assignments.
• Experience with HCM Data Extracts and User Entities.
• Functional knowledge of how transactions in HCM modules change extracted data.
• Experience testing data used by downstream reporting or API platform teams.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data modeling in Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• Experience working with Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, or Time & Attendance modules.
