Description

You will manage large-scale data migration and analysis for enterprise-wide Oracle HCM implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical data specifications for Oracle HCM projects.
• Gather and compare data from Oracle databases, Lawson LBI, SQL, and Excel.
• Develop and maintain quality control standards and data reconciliation techniques.
• Design and execute data visualization strategies to present complex datasets.
• Create programs for data validation and implement algorithms for data analysis and modeling.

Required Skills

• 7-8 years of experience as a data analyst or relational database administrator on enterprise projects.
• 5+ years of experience managing large data volumes from on-premise and cloud platforms.
• Expertise in SQL for data validation and program creation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex pivot tables and dataset merging.
• Proficiency with Oracle Databases.
• Experience in data modeling and data analysis.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to identify patterns in data and communicate findings effectively.
