Description

You will manage technical delivery and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, owning design, build, and testing phases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical design, build, unit testing, and solution design for client engagements.
• Manage data migrations and system upgrades using HDL Data Loader.
• Develop and maintain BI Reports, HCM Extracts, and OTBI reports.
• Perform data conversions using Fusion HCM Business Objects and SQL queries.
• Participate in the quality assurance process for all technical deliverables.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud technical experience.
• At least one full end-to-end implementation.
• Proficiency in HDL, OTBI, BIP, and HCM Extracts.
• Extensive experience with Fast Formulas.
• Strong knowledge of SQL queries and HCM Tables.
• Hands-on experience with Developer Studio and HCM Developer Studio.
• Technical capability within the SaaS Fusion Platform.
• Working knowledge of Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Recruitment modules.
• Ability to interpret HCM Functional specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HCM Developer Studio.
