Description

Develop and customize Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud security, workflows, and notifications.
• Develop technical solutions using HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader, and HCM Extract.
• Build reports and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Implement Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence modules.
• Translate technical concepts for both technical teams and non-IT business users.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of technical experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules including HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Self-Service, Talent, and Compensation Management.
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM application architecture.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extract.
• Extensive experience writing Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas.
• Working knowledge of HRMSS APIs and EBS Fast Formulas.
• Proven database development experience.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with HTML/CSS and APIs.
