Description

Develop and customize Oracle HCM Cloud applications to support core business functions. You will configure security, workflows, and notifications, and build technical solutions using Fast Formulas across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud security, workflows, and notifications.
• Develop technical solutions using Oracle Cloud and EBS Fast Formulas for HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence.
• Design and implement data integration processes using HCM Data Loader and Spreadsheet Loader.
• Build reports and extractions using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extract.
• Translate technical concepts into clear communication for both technical teams and non-IT business users.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of technical experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules including HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Self-Service, Talent, and Compensation Management.
• Deep proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM application architecture.
• Strong database development experience using SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extract.
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas and EBS Fast Formulas.
• Working knowledge of HRMS APIs.
• Experience working within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with HTML/CSS and APIs.
