Description

You will develop and support Oracle HCM modules and integrations, specifically focusing on CoreHR.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop outbound integrations using HCM Extract, Fast Formulas, value sets, UDTs, and Lookups.
• Build inbound integrations via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and convert data to HDL format using Fast Formulas.
• Manage data loading using HDL or HSDL loaders and utilize PL/SQL packages for Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW).
• Support Oracle HCM modules alongside FAW, FDI, OAC, OIC, and BI reporting tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Oracle HCM development experience with deep expertise in CoreHR.
• Proficiency with HCM Extract and Fast Formulas.
• Hands-on experience with OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Strong PL/SQL skills.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Knowledge of HDL or HSDL loaders.
• Experience with User Entities (UE) and context sets.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) or Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OBIEE (10g/11g/12C), OBIA, or Oracle BI Cloud Services (BICS).
• Experience with Packaged Analytics applications for Oracle ERP, CX, or SCM SaaS.
