Description

You will develop and implement solutions within the Oracle HCM Cloud environment, owning the technical lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for interfaces, reports, data conversions, and application extensions.
• Design and document RICEW objects, preparing the solution blueprint for project implementation.
• Design, develop, and implement inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Lead on-premise to Oracle Fusion HCM conversion projects, managing data migrations and cutover activities.
• Customize Oracle HCM application pages and utilize sandbox environments for testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical implementation.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, ATP, XML, JavaScript, and Web Services.
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integration development.
• Expertise in developing OTBI and BIP reports to meet business requirements.
• Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and data conversion processes.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud base tables for integration support.
• Experience adhering to documented development standards and best practices.
