Description

You will manage configurations, integrations, and data migration tasks within the Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet functional requirements.
• Develop and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Execute data migration tasks and support integration workflows.
• Manage data refresh processes, including T2T and P2T environment cycles.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of professional experience in Oracle HCM environments.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience managing data migrations and integration configurations.
• Practical knowledge of T2T (Test to Test) and P2T (Production to Test) processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
