Description

You manage Oracle HCM configurations, integrations, and environment migrations.

You will own deliverables independently and propose technical designs. You liaise between client stakeholders, product teams, and technical architects to define scope. You manage data refreshes including T2T and P2T processes. You execute data masking, job scheduling, and quarterly patch processes. You handle incident management and support multiple environments through the release management lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM environments.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Fusion modules.
• Proven track record with at least 2 full go-live implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for configurations and migrations.
• Proficiency in BIP Report publishing and data extraction.
• Experience managing infrastructure and release management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Oracle HCM Talent Module.
• Experience with ORC and Redwood.
