Description

Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including configuration, testing, and user training.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document business processes.
• Configure HCM modules based on client requirements.
• Perform system testing, data validation, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or EBS HCM.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and SQL.
• Experience with Fast Formulas, HDL, and HCM Extracts.
• Experience with ETL tools, including Power Center, MDM, or ODI.
• Familiarity with Oracle Databases and Data Warehousing concepts.
• Experience with Core HR and Payroll modules.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.

• Unix experience.
