Description

Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud functional modules, focusing on ORC and OLC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute configuration changes, enhancements, and updates for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Test upgrades, patches, and configuration changes through impact analysis to ensure stability.
• Analyze client problems, document functional designs, and manage resolution lifecycles.
• Gather requirements to implement system enhancements and create comprehensive test scripts.
• Liaise with Oracle and third-party vendors to resolve product or integration issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional roles.
• Functional or techno-functional expertise with Oracle HCM Cloud ORC and OLC.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot client issues and decode functional designs.
• Experience creating functional design documents and test scripts.
• Ability to manage ticket lifecycles and adhere to project management methodologies.
