Description

Manage and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules and legacy Oracle environments. Configure and maintain Global HR, Talent Management, Absence Management, and Performance Management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Global HR, Talent Management, Absence Management, and Performance Management.
• Execute data loading and management tasks using HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Support Oracle Apps 11i/R12 and Oracle Forms 12C environments.
• Utilize SQL tools to manage and query database structures.

Required Skills

• Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Release 11, 12, and 13.
• Oracle Apps 11i/R12 and Oracle Forms 12C.
• Oracle Apex 5.1.1.
• HDL (HCM Data Loader).
• SQL Developer, TOAD, and SQL*Plus.
• Linux and Unix environments.
• Putty and WinSCP.
