Description

Configure and manage Oracle HCM Cloud compensation modules, including Base Pay, Workforce Compensation, and Total Compensation Statements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure core compensation components and manage integrations with Performance Management.
• Apply global compensation processes and industry best practices to system configurations.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate technical requirements clearly.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Deep functional expertise in Compensation modules.
• Hands-on configuration experience with all core compensation components.
• Working knowledge of Performance Management module workflows.
• Strong understanding of global compensation processes.
• Functional expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM Compensation.
