Description

You will implement and support Oracle HCM solutions as a Functional Consultant.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and define functional requirements for Oracle HCM solutions.
• Design end-to-end solutions based on defined requirements.
• Write Fast formulas within the Oracle HCM environment.
• Document solution designs and support implementation phases (AIM/OUM).

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall working experience.
• Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Solutions.
• Proven experience in Global HR, HRHD, Absence, Cloud Payroll, Talent Management, Oracle Time and Labor, and Oracle Compensation and Benefits (ORC/OLC).
• Strong understanding of AIM/OUM processes and documentation.
• Experience with end-to-end implementation cycles.
• Ability to communicate and present technical solutions clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Cloud Certification.
