Description

You will execute functional testing and manage workflows for Oracle HCM Core HR, US Payroll, and Compensation modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional testing across Core HR and payroll modules.
• Manage functional workflows within Core HR, US Payroll, and Compensation.
• Collaborate with Technical BSA and Development teams to implement requirements.
• Support module-specific configurations for North American payroll and wage progression.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM functional consulting or testing.
• Mandatory experience with Oracle Cloud Core HR.
• Mandatory experience with US Payroll or North American Payroll.
• Proven experience in functional testing.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Compensation modules.
• Ability to work the 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST shift.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft Payroll.
• Experience with Wage Progression modules.
