Description

You will manage day-to-day functional operations within the Oracle HCM suite, implementing and supporting solutions while applying HR process knowledge to system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks related to Oracle HCM functional requirements.
• Implement and support Oracle HCM solutions across assigned modules.
• Apply knowledge of HR processes to system configurations and data management.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently on assigned modules.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Functional modules.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Core HR.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Performance Management.
• Practical understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Experience implementing Oracle HCM solutions.
• Experience supporting Oracle HCM solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working independently on complex functional requirements.
