Description

You will lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions focusing on Payroll, Time, and Labor modules.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and customizations.
• Configure and implement Payroll, Time, and Labor modules to automate HR processes.
• Manage payroll processing tasks including tax compliance, deductions, and reporting.
• Execute data migration, system integration, and testing activities during implementations.
• Conduct client workshops and training sessions to demonstrate system functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams to align technical solutions with business needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM functional consulting.
• Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, specifically Payroll, Time, and Labor.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and payroll regulations.
• Experience with data migration and system integration workflows.
• Ability to document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Proven track record of analyzing and optimizing HR workflows.
• Any Graduate degree.
