Description
You will lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions focusing on Payroll, Time, and Labor modules.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into functional Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and customizations.
- Configure and implement Payroll, Time, and Labor modules to automate HR processes.
- Manage payroll processing tasks including tax compliance, deductions, and reporting.
- Execute data migration, system integration, and testing activities during implementations.
- Conduct client workshops and training sessions to demonstrate system functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM functional consulting.
- Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, specifically Payroll, Time, and Labor.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and payroll regulations.
- Experience with data migration and system integration workflows.
- Ability to document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Proven track record of analyzing and optimizing HR workflows.
- Any Graduate degree.
