Description

You will own the functional design and implementation of Oracle HCM processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues.
• Interact frequently with the client regarding specific work efforts and deliverables.
• Lead requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities in client-facing roles.
• Provide mentorship, manage work allocation, and report status updates to the Project Manager.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire-to-retirement cycle.
• Expert working experience in Talent Management, ORC, and Core HR.
• Experience with at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, including 2 with HCM Cloud.
• In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, including requirement gathering workshops.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating abilities.
• Good leadership capacity with strong planning and follow-up skills.
