Lead Core HR and Talent module implementations and data migration workstreams for Oracle HCM.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise implementations for Core HR and Talent modules.
• Manage end-to-end data migration and conversion processes.
• Deliver technical documentation and conduct user training sessions.
• Present functional solutions and project updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM Functional experience.
• Proven experience as a Module Lead for Core HR and Talent.
• Hands-on experience with data migration and conversions.
• Direct experience delivering at least 3 HCM Fusion projects.
• Proficiency with Oracle Fusion.
• Strong documentation and training abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
