Description

You will own the US payroll engine migration and ongoing administration within Oracle HCM.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Migrate the Vertex engine to the Oracle US Payroll engine.
• Manage end-to-end US payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Apply knowledge of US federal, state, and local tax regulations in payroll administration.
• Calculate and process statutory deductions including FICA, FUTA, SUTA, and other applicable taxes.
• Ensure compliance with IRS guidelines and wage & hour laws (FLSA).

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in US payroll and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll laws, multi-state taxation, and compliance.
• Experience with Oracle HCM payroll systems.
• Proficiency in payroll reconciliations, audits, and reporting.
• Ability to partner with HR and Finance teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
