Description

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant Oracle HCM experience.
• Strong hands-on Oracle HCM Functional experience.
• Must have experience with the following Oracle HCM modules:
  • HCM Core
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Workforce Management
  • Payroll
• Experience with the following modules is optional / preferred but not mandatory:
  • Benefits
  • Retirement
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, configurations, enhancements, and production support.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM functional solutions.
• Experience working closely with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Important Notes

• All candidates must have strong hands-on Oracle HCM experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience is required.
• This is a Hybrid role – 2 days onsite and 3 days remote per week.
• Candidates can currently be located anywhere in the USA but must be willing to relocate or travel for the onsite requirement.
