Description

You will lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of the Oracle HCM Fusion Analytics Warehouse platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Fusion Analytics Warehouse and optimize data flows from Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll.
• Develop and customize reports, dashboards, and complex charts using HCM datasets, including replicating legacy OBIEE reports.
• Manage ETL processes and data integration within the Oracle environment to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to refine reporting requirements and demonstrate dashboard functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data accuracy issues independently.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data warehousing or analytics roles.
• Proven expertise with Oracle HCM Fusion Analytics Warehouse.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Oracle ETL tools.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle OTBI for report development.
• Deep understanding of ETL processes and data integration from HCM applications.
• Experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
• Knowledge of pre-built reports and dashboards within HCM Analytics.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience transitioning dashboards from OBIEE to HCM Analytics Warehouse.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Integrator, Step Logic, or Boomi.
• Background collaborating with HR teams on headcount and payroll reporting.
