Description

You will implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, focusing on Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules across Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
• Gather requirements from HR and IT stakeholders and translate them into functional system solutions.
• Perform system analysis, design, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Oracle HCM applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and user guides.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) applications.
• Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management modules.
• Experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and deliver effective Oracle HCM solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment.
