Mid-level functional expert managing Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion implementations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

  • Execute all project phases, including project preview, fit/gap analysis, configuration, testing, and production support.
  • Lead HCM implementation and upgrade projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion modules to align with specific business requirements.
  • Ensure system stability through rigorous testing cycles and ongoing production support.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a functional role within Oracle HCM.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion.
  • Deep expertise in Core HCM, Learning, Recruitment, Talent Management, and Workforce Management modules.
  • Proven track record with Oracle Cloud implementations and upgrades.
  • Experience working with Fusion Release 9.
  • Ability to work IST hours.
  • Any graduate degree.
