Mid-level functional expert managing Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion implementations and upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Execute all project phases, including project preview, fit/gap analysis, configuration, testing, and production support.
- Lead HCM implementation and upgrade projects from initiation to delivery.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion modules to align with specific business requirements.
- Ensure system stability through rigorous testing cycles and ongoing production support.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a functional role within Oracle HCM.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion.
- Deep expertise in Core HCM, Learning, Recruitment, Talent Management, and Workforce Management modules.
- Proven track record with Oracle Cloud implementations and upgrades.
- Experience working with Fusion Release 9.
- Ability to work IST hours.
- Any graduate degree.
