Description

Support Oracle HCM implementation with a focus on security validation, mass data loading, and system maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Validate security, access, and roles through rigorous testing.
• Execute mass load processes using HDL and HSDL loaders.
• Document loader processes to facilitate team training and knowledge transfer.
• Review quarterly release notes to assess impacts on security and system functionality.
• Maintain and troubleshoot backend configurations and integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM environments.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Core HR.
• Hands-on experience with HDL and HSDL loaders for mass data loading.
• Proven ability to build, maintain, and implement security roles within Core HR, Payroll, and Help Desk modules.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
• Experience with backend configuration and managing quarterly release impacts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Payroll, Talent, and Help Desk modules.
• Proficiency in Excel, OIC, and Oracle FAW.
