Description

You will develop integrations and support configurations for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, focusing on Global HR and Compensation. This role requires hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations within Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Support Oracle HCM Cloud configurations, interfaces, and business processes.
• Manage HCM Extracts and generate reports using BI Publisher.
• Configure Fast Formula and Value Sets to meet business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proficiency in HCM Extract and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Hands-on expertise with Fast Formula and Value Sets.
• Functional background in HCM modules, specifically Global HR and Compensation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HCM Data Loader and Spreadsheet Data Loader.
• Familiarity with Descriptive Flexfields (DFF) and Extensible Flex Fields (EFF).
