You will manage the integrity, security, and connectivity of the global Human Capital Management (HCM) ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Drive the integration of new entities into Oracle HCM, ensuring seamless data flow and system alignment.
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of integrations between Oracle HCM and enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, finance, Snowflake, AD).
Manage role-based access controls, data privacy settings, and audit protocols to ensure compliance with global data protection regulations.
Establish and enforce governance standards for Oracle HCM usage, including change management and data stewardship.
Proactively identify and resolve integration failures, security vulnerabilities, and compliance risks across the system.
Required Skills
5+ years of overall professional experience.
3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations.
3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and integration tools, including Oracle Integration Cloud and REST APIs.
Experience integrating with enterprise systems like payroll, benefits, and finance.
Strong grasp of global data protection regulations, specifically GDPR and HIPAA.
Proven ability to manage role-based access controls and conduct Segregation of Duties (SOD) analysis.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing change in complex environments.
Analytical skills to troubleshoot integration issues and maintain data integrity.
Preferred Skills
Experience using Oracle PL/SQL and Unix Scripting for Middleware Integration.
Familiarity with ISQM and ISO compliance frameworks.
