Description

You will lead the deployment, customization, and management of the Oracle Cloud HCM suite to enhance business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, cutover, and production launch.
• Design and configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Onboarding, and Talent Management modules.
• Optimize Oracle Recruiting Cloud processes, including job requisitions, candidate sourcing, and integrations.
• Design integration solutions between Oracle Cloud HCM and third-party applications to ensure data security and compliance.
• Manage quarterly updates and transition the Oracle HCM suite from classic UI to Redwood.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Onboarding, and Talent Management.
• Proficiency with Visual Builder Studio (Express/Advanced Mode).
• Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL Loads, BIP, and OTBI reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Middleware technologies, specifically OIIC.
• Ability to design and maintain HCM role security and audit policies.
• Experience with Sandbox tools for UI/UX enhancement.
• Knowledge of AIM/OUM documentation methodologies.
