Description

Lead Oracle Cloud HCM implementations through the full lifecycle, from planning to production launch.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules, specifically Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Onboarding, and Talent Management.
• Optimize Oracle Recruiting Cloud workflows, including job requisitions, candidate sourcing, screening, and integrations.
• Design integration solutions between Oracle Cloud HCM and third-party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop custom rules using Visual Builder Studio and enhance UI/UX via Sandbox tools.
• Manage the transition from classic UI to Redwood design and execute post-clone activities including data masking.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Core HR and Talent Management leadership.
• Extensive experience with Fusion HCM modules including Workforce Compensation, Health and Safety, and HR Helpdesk.
• Proficiency in creating HCM Extracts, HDL Loads, BIP, and OTBI reports/dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Visual Builder, OIC, Process Automation, and OCI.
• Expertise in HCM Role Security setup and audit policy maintenance.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and post-production support.
• Experience documenting requirements using AIM/OUM methodologies.
• Technical knowledge of Oracle quarterly updates and their impact on business processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Digital Assistant and Recruiting Booster.
