Description

You will lead the deployment, customization, and management of the Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, cutover, and production launch.
• Design and configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules, specifically Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Onboarding, and Talent Management.
• Develop custom rules using Visual Builder Studio and manage migrations across environments.
• Create HCM Extracts, HDL Loads, BIP, and OTBI reports and dashboards.
• Manage quarterly updates and guide business teams through the transition from classic UI to Redwood.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), including job requisitions, candidate sourcing, and screening.
• Proficiency with HDL Loads, BIP, and OTBI reporting.
• Experience with Oracle Middleware technologies, specifically Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Hands-on experience using Sandbox tools to enhance UI/UX features.
• Ability to design custom rules using Visual Builder Studio (Express/Advanced Mode).
• Knowledge of HCM role security, audit policies, and post-clone activities like data masking.
• Experience documenting requirements using AIM/OUM methodology.
