Description

Lead Oracle Cloud HCM deployments, customizations, and migrations from planning through production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Recruiting Cloud, Onboarding, and Talent Management.
• Develop integration solutions between Oracle Cloud HCM and third-party applications for data security and compliance.
• Create custom rules using Visual Builder Studio and manage environment migrations.
• Manage the transition from classic UI to Redwood UI and enhance UI/UX using Sandbox tools.
• Generate HCM Extracts, HDL Loads, BIP reports, and OTBI dashboards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Expertise in Oracle HCM, Oracle Core HR, and Fusion HCM.
• Proficiency with Oracle Visual Builder and Redwood UI.
• Experience with OCI and Oracle Middleware technologies such as OIC.
• Ability to manage HCM role security and audit policies.
• Knowledge of quarterly update impacts and feature adoption.
• Experience documenting requirements using AIM/OUM methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with post-clone activities including data masking and user account management.
