Description

You will lead Oracle HCM technical implementations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage data loading and extraction processes using HDL and HCM Extract.
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions via BI Publisher.
• Configure and oversee integrations using SOA and Oracle Integration Cloud Services.
• Administer file transfers and repository management using MFT and UCM.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM technical environments.
• Proficiency with SOA.
• Hands-on experience with BI Publisher.
• Expertise with HCM Extract.
• Experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT).
• Deep understanding of HDL (HCM Data Loader).
• Experience managing UCM repository or cloud-based tools.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud Services.
