Description

Lead Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation, configuration, and ongoing support for diverse workforce types.

You will own the end-to-end payroll lifecycle, from requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis to testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Configure payroll structures, elements, earnings, deductions, and tax calculations.
• Integrate Oracle Payroll with Time and Labor, Project Portfolio Management, and Financials Cloud.
• Manage payroll processing for project-based, field, and construction workers, including multi-project labor costing.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including tax reporting and statutory deductions.
• Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, including parallel payroll runs and data migration validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Payroll consulting experience.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations.
• Strong understanding of payroll operations, compliance, and accounting.
• Experience supporting large employee populations and complex workforce structures.
• Knowledge of labor costing and payroll integration with Oracle Core HR and Financials.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
