Description

Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) module as the functional Subject Matter Expert.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, configuration, and deployment of ORC components.
• Translate business requirements from Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT into functional workflows.
• Configure recruitment processes including job requisitions, candidate workflows, interview scheduling, and offers.
• Manage integrations with background check providers, onboarding systems, career sites, and job boards.
• Drive testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT) and deliver training for end users.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• At least 2 years of specific experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
• Expertise configuring ORC components: job templates, career sites, recruiting phases, and offers.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end recruiting processes from requisition to onboarding.
• Experience managing system integration and deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Cloud certification in Talent Acquisition/ORC.
