Description

Lead full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor, from requirements gathering through go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead design sessions with business analysts and senior managers to define complex Time and Labor requirements.
• Design solutions involving PaaS, complex OTL rules, and integrations with Oracle PPM, Payroll, and third-party systems.
• Manage and mentor offshore functional teams and Fast Formula developers to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads and OIC development teams to deliver time entry screens and integrations.
• Author functional design documents, scenarios, and test scripts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading full life cycle Oracle Cloud Time and Labor implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM and Oracle Time and Labor.
• Experience designing solutions using PaaS and Oracle PPM.
• Proven ability to manage offshore resources and drive project deliverables.
• Experience with complex Oracle Time and Labor rules for pay and bill.
• Proficiency in creating detailed functional design documents and test scripts.

Ability to travel 10% within the Southeast USA.
