Manage payroll services and administration within the Oracle HCM Payroll system.

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll services, taxes, and employee benefits.
• Manage payroll communications and daily administration tasks.
• Analyze and interpret payroll data to ensure accuracy.
• Execute payroll processing with high attention to detail.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in payroll-related roles.
• Expertise in Payroll Services and Payroll Administration.
• Direct experience using the Oracle HCM Payroll system.
• Deep knowledge of payroll taxes and administration.
• Understanding of employee benefits processes.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certification in the Payroll or HR field.
