Description

Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions, ensuring accurate processing and integration across HR systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and implement application programs following the SDLC.
• Build and maintain Elements, Fast Formulas, and Value Sets in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Create and troubleshoot components using HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
• Prepare technical design specifications based on functional requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation, and Payroll teams to resolve defects and support end-to-end integrations.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• In-depth functional knowledge of payroll processing, US taxes, and payroll accounting.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Elements, Fast Formulas, and Value Sets.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM tables for troubleshooting and reporting.
• Proficiency with HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and technical design documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• PL/SQL and OIC integration experience.
