Description

Lead functional consulting for Oracle HCM Payroll, Global HR, and Time & Labor modules, owning end-to-end implementations and support operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead HCM implementations for Global HR, Time & Labor, and Payroll from design through deployment.
• Manage and resolve support queries and tickets using ServiceNow, ensuring timely closure and customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, adapting to evolving requirements without constant supervision.
• Participate in project planning and provide actionable feedback to customers and team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM applications, specifically Oracle Cloud HCM.
• At least 3 end-to-end implementations covering Global HR, Time & Labor, and Payroll.
• Proven track record acting as a Lead Consultant on large-scale HCM projects.
• Proficiency in managing and closing tickets within ServiceNow.
• Strong professional communication and negotiation skills for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex project-related documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in global implementation environments.
