Description

You will lead the design, build, and deployment of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for complex HR digital projects.

Responsibilities

• Create high-level design artifacts and orchestrate digital solutions using the Oracle HCM Cloud platform.
• Interface with key stakeholders, technical product managers, and finance leads to elicit requirements.
• Develop integrations, reports, and customizations of business processes utilizing native Oracle tools.
• Manage the full SDLC, including BP configurations, troubleshooting data issues, and security changes.
• Drive customer discussions and provide consulting services across all aspects of HCM system implementation.

Required Skills

• 18+ years of experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects.
• Deep proficiency in Oracle Global HR Cloud for Europe.
• Hands-on experience with HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent, Learn, and Time & Labor.
• Expertise in BP configurations, including BP Changes, Supervisory Organizations, and Locations.
• Technical proficiency in Oracle Reporting, Analytics, and Security configurations.
• Proven ability to implement IT/business solutions and integrations within the Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile environments and global delivery models.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to technical, business, and management teams.
