Description

You will manage testing activities for an Oracle HCM implementation, partnering with system integrators and SMEs to validate business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SIT test scripts based on business requirements.
• Document, manage, and retest defects throughout the resolution process.
• Coordinate SIT execution with project managers and the QA Lead.
• Create UAT test scripts and perform regression testing prior to Go-Live.
• Support end-to-end testing sessions and Go/No-Go decision processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience testing and validating Oracle HCM Fusion functionality.
• Hands-on experience with Core HR, Benefits, LA, Payroll, Talent Management, and Reports.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM modules, including developing specific test cases and plans.
• Expertise in data migration, functional, system integration, UAT, and E2E testing.
• Experience creating and maintaining test data for large-scale implementations.
• Strong manual testing, test planning, and execution skills for SIT and UAT.
• Familiarity with Oracle CEMLI/RICEW.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related engineering field.
