Description

You will manage testing for Oracle HCM transactions and downstream integrations in a hybrid BA/QA capacity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing for change requests and new initiatives with Payroll downstream systems.
• Validate HCM transactions including new hire creation, country transfers, terminations, awards, and salary changes.
• Manage the end-to-end testing process for the MyInfo HCM solution.
• Ensure data integrity across HCM workflows and payroll integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a QA or functional role.
• Direct experience with Oracle HCM.
• Deep understanding of HCM terminology and transaction workflows.
• Experience managing lifecycle transactions such as transfers, terminations, and salary adjustments.
• Ability to perform manual functional testing; no automation required.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
