You will own security configurations, data integrity, and technical integrations within the Oracle HCM ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Manage security configurations and access controls across Oracle HCM modules.
• Execute data migration tasks to ensure system integrity.
• Develop and maintain technical components using Java and PL/SQL.
• Integrate systems via XML structures and RESTful APIs.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience in Oracle HCM environments.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle HCM security protocols.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL for data manipulation and logic.
• Experience with Java development.
• Hands-on work with XML data structures.
• Implementation of RESTful APIs for system connectivity.
• Proven track record in large-scale data migration projects.

Preferred Skills
