Description

Design and implement secure, scalable integration solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, bridging cloud-based tools with third-party applications and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect integrations using Oracle APIs, OIC, REST/SOAP Web Services, and middleware to connect Oracle HCM with external systems.
• Develop data transformation and loading solutions using Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, and HDL.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Informatica Cloud (IICS/IDMC) for seamless data flow.
• Leverage Microsoft Azure Cloud services (VMs, Functions, Databases, APIs) to support hybrid cloud architectures.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to define requirements, ensure data security compliance, and troubleshoot integration issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and its integration capabilities.
• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM APIs, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and HDL.
• Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Web Services.
• Experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS/IDMC) and ETL processes.
• Development skills in Python, NodeJS, .NET/C#, and SQL.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud services and hybrid cloud environments.
• Understanding of HR and Payroll processes within Oracle HCM.

Preferred Skills

• Azure certifications.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
