Description

You will design and lead technical implementations for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Oracle HCM Cloud integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and HDL.
• Drive HR digital transformation projects from technical design through execution.
• Leverage Azure cloud services to support enterprise HCM workflows.
• Develop custom solutions using Python, NodeJS, or .NET/C#.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud integration.
• Expertise in Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and HDL.
• Proficiency in Python, NodeJS, .NET/C#, and SQL.
• Strong background in Azure cloud services.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
• Experience delivering HR digital transformation projects.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
