Description

You will lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of Oracle HCM applications to support end-to-end People & Culture business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent, and Compensation.
• Execute M&A integration projects and HR system migrations.
• Automate data processes using Oracle SOAP and REST APIs and HCM Data Loader.
• Manage HCM Data Loader file formats, business objects, and error remediation.
• Deliver complex, time-sensitive projects following the full software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT or HRIS, specifically focused on Oracle HCM.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and related data architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle SOAP and REST APIs for HCM automation.
• Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader and transformation requirements.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration and back-end data connectivity.
• Experience managing full lifecycle implementations and key reporting metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in HCM Data Loader Fast Formula.
• Experience with Informatica IDMC and Snowflake.
• Knowledge of SnowSQL.
