Description

This position offers the opportunity to lead HCM implementations and architect solutions across the full Oracle HCM platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect Oracle HCM solutions across full-cycle implementations
• Develop security and role architecture strategies, including custom role design
• Oversee Core HR configuration and deployment
• Manage OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) and Absence module implementations
• Design and implement payroll security frameworks
• Evaluate and address Redwood security impacts on system architecture
• Configure and optimize OTBI and BI Publisher for reporting requirements
• Manage HDL and HSDL data integration and migration processes

Qualifications

• Required
  • 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience
  • 5+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in Core HR
  • Strong background in Security & Role Architecture
  • Experience with multiple full-cycle HCM implementations
  • Proficiency with OTL & Absence modules
  • Knowledge of Payroll Security
  • Experience with OTBI / BI Publisher
  • Hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL
• Preferred
  • Experience with Redwood Security impacts and implications
